At wakapets, we want you to understand our return and refund process before placing an order.

Because personalized products are made according to customer-provided details, return and cancellation conditions may differ from those for non-personalized products. Please review the terms below before purchasing.

Personalized Items

If you change your mind or no longer require a custom-made item, please cancel your order before it has been shipped. 

If the item has already been dispatched, please contact us at wuyingrui.xrr@gmail.com.

Any applicable restrictions will be subject to the rights and protections available under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at wuyingrui.xrr@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the item and the problem, where applicable

We will review the information and explain the available resolution under our policy and applicable law.

Incorrect Personalization Details

Please review your photo, text, and other submitted personalization details carefully before completing your order.

If the photos or customization details submitted by your client contain errors, please contact us before the order is shipped to make corrections, or cancel the order and place a new one.

If we do not receive a request for changes before the order is shipped, we will assume that the customization details provided are correct and proceed with shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at wuyingrui.xrr@gmail.com.

Once production or shipping has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Any request will be handled according to the applicable order status, store policy, and legal requirements.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment account. This process is expected to take 1–3 business days.

Any refund timing provided is an estimate unless otherwise required by law.
