Personalized items may require additional processing time before they are ready to ship.

Processing times may vary by product and order volume. The processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

We currently ship to: The United States and parts of North America (with expansion into Europe to follow)

Available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address and product.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at [checkout / the relevant point in your actual checkout flow].

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time: Within 10–30 days (including time for product customization and order processing)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you are ordering for a birthday or holiday, please allow enough time for production and delivery.
